Camps & Conferences
I’d love to be part of what you’re building.
I’m a pastor, speaker, and magician. I can preach, perform, teach, host, or combine a few of those across the event.
But what I really love is being part of the whole thing.
Tell Me About Your EventWhy I love these events
There’s something different about being together for a few days.
We can have a great session at night and then still be around each other afterward.
That’s where a big event starts feeling a whole lot smaller.
A few ways I can fit
We can make it meaningful, fun, or both.
You don’t need to decide all of that before you reach out. Tell me what the week needs and we can build from there.
Let’s talk about something that matters.
I can preach, teach, keynote, or lead a breakout around your theme or an area we build together.
Let’s give everybody a really fun night.
Close-up style magic, mentalism, stories, volunteers, and a room full of people having a good time together.
Honestly, this is my favorite.
Magic one night. Speaking the next morning. A little magic inside a session. Whatever actually serves the week.
And if you need help hosting, making transitions, or filling an unexpected hole in the schedule, I can help with that too.
The part after the session
I like sticking around.
Some of my favorite moments happen after the microphone is off.
Talking with students. Hearing someone’s story. Hanging out with leaders. Doing one more trick because somebody tracked me down at lunch.
Live events are live
Plans change. I’m good with that.
Speakers run long. Technology stops cooperating. Somebody suddenly needs ten more minutes.
If someone whispers, “We need seven minutes,” I have a deck of cards.“With David you get a great magician, but you also get a man of great character, a Christian leader and youth worker all wrapped up in one package.”
Let’s keep this simple
Tell me about what you’re planning.
Tell me about the event.
Who’s coming? What’s the theme? What do you hope the week feels like?
We figure out where I fit.
Speaking, magic, both, breakouts, emceeing, or a combination.
I come ready to be part of it.
Prepared for the stage and ready to serve the people around it.
I’d love to hear what you’re planning
Tell me about your camp or conference.
You don’t need to know exactly what you want me to do yet. Tell me about the people and what you hope happens while they’re there.
